Architecture · Experience

Every step a customer takes, on one platform.

From the first visit to a renewal, the whole customer lifecycle runs inside Oasis Stack: through front doors in your brand, on one set of records, with the same workflows for customers, partners and services from the federation.

The front doors

A door for every audience, onto the same platform.

White-labelled in the infrastructure owner’s brand, on its domain, with one sign-in and one set of permissions across all of them. The portals are in English today.

Customer portal
Order, manage and pay for services; see usage and cost.
Partner portal
Sell through the cloud, manage customers and see margins.
Operations
Run the platform: provisioning, monitoring, capacity and support.
Administration
Configure the cloud: tenancy, catalogue, pricing and policy.
Developer APIs
Every console action, available as an API call.
Two kinds of customer

The customer type decides the lifecycle.

Online customers and enterprise customers buy differently, so the platform runs a different lifecycle for each.

Online customers
Find, order and pay for themselves, at pay-as-you-go prices, onboarded through the customer portal.
Enterprise customers
Estimate, quote, contract and reserved pricing, with the private cloud built through an enterprise-led lifecycle.
Pricing models
The customer lifecycle

Seven stages, one set of records.

Each stage is a platform workflow, not manual work: triggered from a portal, priced by the commercial module, executed by operations and recorded throughout.

  1. 01Discover

A visitor finds the service. The mini CRM tracks them from the first visit, and Noura suggests the right size and shape of service.

  2. 02Estimate

An estimate or a quote is prepared from the priced catalogue, online or through enterprise-led engagement.

  3. 03Onboard

Tenant, users and roles are created and the contract is in place, with the first environment stood up properly.

  4. 04Order

Services are quoted, approved and subscribed from the catalogue, inside the customer’s own tenancy.

  5. 05Run

Services are delivered on the integrated infrastructure, monitored and supported against the service levels the operator sets.

  6. 06Bill

Usage is metered, invoiced and collected, and partner margins are settled.

  7. 07Grow

Upgrade, renew or expand without a new project, with Noura tracking whether the outcome is being met.

One lifecycle for everyone

Customers, partners and federated services, the same way.

The same lifecycle runs for a customer of your cloud, for a partner selling through it, and for a service that arrives from the federation, because the workflows, the records and the controls are the same.

Your customers
Order, run and pay through the customer portal, in your brand.
Your partners
Resell and support customers through the partner portal, with their margins settled by the platform.
Federated services
Services published by other Oasis clouds arrive in your catalogue by agreement, and are ordered and billed like your own.
Guided, not left alone

Noura stays after the sale.

Noura runs locally in the deployment, inside your portal and under your brand. It guides the order, onboarding and migration paths, makes cost legible, offers patterns that already work on the platform, and tracks whether the service is doing the job it was bought for.
