Terms of use
The terms on which this website is made available. The platform itself is supplied under a separate written agreement — this page does not touch it.
01What these cover
These terms govern your use of this website. That is all they govern.
They are not the terms of the platform. Oasis Stack is deployed under a separate written agreement with the operator or organisation running it, covering licensing, support, service levels, data processing and the commercial model. That agreement is negotiated when there is a deployment to discuss — usually under an NDA — and nothing on this website varies it. Nothing here is an offer to contract.
02Using this website
Read it, print it, share it, quote it in an internal paper — that is what it is for. Please do not:
- republish this content as though it were your own
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it
- use automated means in a way that degrades the site for other people
- send anything unlawful, or anybody else’s personal data, through the enquiry form
If you find a security issue, our security page asks you to tell us privately first.
03Content and marks
The content, design and marks on this site belong to CloudHost or its licensors. Oasis Stack, CloudSouq, and the names of the modules and intelligences described here are marks used by the business.
04What is published here
We describe the platform as it is built and operated, and we hold ourselves to publishing only what we can show. Even so, this is a website: capabilities, roadmaps and commercial descriptions change, and figures attributed to CloudHost group operations are identified as such where they appear.
Nothing here is a warranty. What is warranted is set out in the agreement under which the platform is supplied.
05Third-party links
We link to partner and ecosystem organisations. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices.
06Liability
This site is provided as information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on it — the place to get a commitment you can rely on is the agreement, or a conversation with us. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
07Governing law
Use of this website is governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the DIFC Courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
If we change these terms, the version published here is the one that applies.
The platform is a conversation, not a click-through.
There is nothing to accept here to get started. The agreement that matters is the one we write together.
