Privacy notice
This is an information website. The only personal data it handles is what you choose to send us through the enquiry form — and this page explains what happens to it.
01What this covers
This notice covers oasisstack.ai: reading these pages, and sending us an enquiry.
It does not cover the clouds built on Oasis Stack. When an operator runs a cloud on this platform, that operator is the controller of their customers’ data, under their own privacy notice and their own regulator. We do not hold it and it does not reach us — the split is described in our shared responsibility model.
It also does not cover a deployment. How data is processed in a live platform is set out in the agreement signed with the operator or customer, not here.
02What we collect
If you send an enquiry: your name, work email, organisation, and whatever else you choose to tell us — your role, your market, what you run today and the context you write in the message. You decide how much of that to give us; only the first three are required.
Like any website, our server also records ordinary technical data when a page is requested, such as the request itself and the browser that made it.
03What we do with it
To reply to you, and to prepare for the conversation you asked for. That is all. As the enquiry form says: no newsletter, no automated sequence, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
If your enquiry is really for one of our partners, we will tell you before we pass it on.
04Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or marketing trackers. Nothing follows you here and nothing follows you away. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
If that changes — and we may add measurement for our own marketing — we will update this section to name what runs and what it does, and add a consent choice where one is required.
05Keeping and deleting
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case it resumes. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will delete it.
06Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Where the law gives you further rights — including under Saudi Arabia’s PDPL or the GDPR — you have those too, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Ask by email and we will answer. There is no form and no process to navigate.

Oasis Stack is a CloudHost initiative. If we change this notice materially, we will say so on this page.
